Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery times:
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your order in real time.

Order processing:
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking info:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect addresses:
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays:
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, customs, etc.). If your order is delayed for more than 20 business days, please contact us at grizzsneak@gmail.com.
