Orders

Shipping & tracking
Orders are usually prepared after payment approval. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays or operational factors.
Tracking information is normally sent once the order has been shipped and the carrier updates the shipment. It may take some time for the tracking page to show the first movement.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier. In some cases, the package has already been shipped but the carrier system takes time to refresh. If the tracking remains unchanged for an unusual period, contact our support team.
